These would be cool to revive. However, it would call for the tweaking of Attunement of the Elements. First, Electrostatic Surge should boost the recharge of Stormtrance when near allies, and passively damage enemies in super (like D1). Arc Soul procs while in a rift, but kills with the soul active recharge the rift by a small amount. Finally, in order to remove Landfall to make way for Impossible Machines, it would be replaced with Perpetuation, which recharges your grenade with melee kills and melee with grenade kills. Thoughts?
