Bungie store seriously needs a payment update!!!
Please Bungie for ... sake add Paypal as a payment option to your store!!!!
Over in the Netherlands (prolly 90% of Europe) a Creditcard is not common!! A creditcard is a luxury tool over here and costs an X amount of money per month plus the interest rates are awful!! Therefore a Luxury item!
Paypal is a free option which you can link to your debet card/banking card. Adding paypal as a payment option will increase your sales and make a lot more people happier being able to shop in your store..
For the confused ones: I'm talking about the Bungie store and not Eververse.

3 RepliesThis [b]is [/b]a real issue. It varies by country but in Europe credit cards are nowhere near as common as in the US. For example where I live children just can't get a credit card and people without steady income (e.g. students who are of course not an interesting target group for video games at all) will find it harder to get one. The practice of getting secondary cards on someone else's name is virtually unheard of. We have debit cards, some of which are [i]supposed [/i]to work "just like a credit card except without actual credit"... e.g. I have a combo MasterCard with both functions on it. When I'm abroad... the debit side sometimes just... does... NOT... work! This also applies to some webshops for reasons I have not been able to discover... Some cards are local and not intended for international use at all. On the plus side, Europeans are generally not mired in credit card debt.
