Before Season of Undying/ShadowKeep, Rally Barricade was one of the most useful abilities for boss fights, instantly reloading your weapon allowing for higher DPS, thus making it crucial for raids. Now, Rally barricade only provides a reload speed bonus, which is nice and all, but most weapons we have in our arsenal that need this buff most already have been spec’ed for high reload speed. In addition, you have to be really close to the barricade to receive this buff. To buff the rally barricade, I propose a twofold change. 1, Add the ability to “mount” your weapon to the barricade, greatly reducing flinch and recoil. 2, Add a small damage buff (say, 15%) to compete with empowering riftl The latter is optional, in case that may make Empowering Rift obsolete, but the former would be a great change and give Rally Barricade a use in Endgame activities.
