When you jointhe server you will get access to the rest of the members of the clan as well as our LFG system, an automated news feed that will keep you up to date with all things Destiny and a comprehensive series of guides that will help you with a bunch of different endgame activities in D2. The fledgling process typically takes anywhere from a few days to a week depending on how active you are. But once you have put enough time in with other members, and assuming they give you a thumbs up, you will be inducted as a full member of the clan.
