This whole raid jacket process is garbage. Supposed to be a batch shipped in November and a batch the rest in December. Have seen many reviews on youtube starting Mid november. I ordered Jun 9th and my order status still says preparing to ship. Over a month later? As I previously stated, I was actually dumb enough to get scammed into purchasing the fast shipping...then when bungie said Nov/Dec I contacted customer support to seek a refund on the extra shipping and just have standard since it was going to be several more months until they told me they couldnt refund it that once they shipped it, it would arrive within the timeframe I paid for. I have an ex clanmate that ordered after me, moved, contacted customer service to change address and still got his in what seems like the first batch timeframe. So I'm seriously just wondering... what's the deal?
