I’ve been playing Destiny since D1 and the biggest complaint I have is how small our inventory space is. I can’t even attempt to do this dawning event because I simply don’t have enough space to hold all the materials I need. How on earth are you supposed to hold all your destination supplies, raid keys, material drops, upgrade cores, tinctures or other consumables? I can’t even do a raid at the moment because I won’t have space for the keys or location consumables. It’s really obnoxious how much crap you expect us to hold with giving us no other place to store it. Destination materials need to have their own slots so they don’t take inventory space and some of these key items like the Chalice of Opulence needs to be removed from the quest tab and be put into some permanent ”key items” tab. Quest tab space is still a horrible mess, I can’t keep all these bounties for ritual weapons, moon weapons, exotic quests and normal quests without running out of space. Not to mention the load times are god-aweful. Forgot to equip that one weapon you need to hit a shield champion? Forget trying to swap out mid-run, that just won’t happen. Overall we really need an quest and inventory tab overhaul. The changes you made before didn’t actually fix anything, it actually made things worse in my opinion because some quests need specific load outs and instead of being able to tab over and change my gear, I now have to close my quest tab and open my inventory. It takes 3 steps to go back to quests instead of 1 like it used to. 50 slots for consumables is unreasonable and really hinders our gameplay. Instead of running raids with my clan I’m stuck figuring out what to scrap to make space for any raid keys that might drop or to make space for the damn holiday oven. Please Bungie, for the love of all things Destiny, fix the inventory and give us more space or re-allocate how some of our items are stored. Honestly just having an “upgrade” tab that stored all the materials you need would fix a lot of this.
