4 Months of error codes - troubleshooting guide not helpful

So, as the title says, since i've returned to Destiny on Shadowkeep launch after a 2 season break(stopped playing at the end of the Season of the Forge) i've been having all kinds of error codes. This hasn't been the case last year, when my clanmates had somewhat frequent GUITAR codes, but my connection was fine. Now though i've even been suspended from Survival playlist twice because of a slight desync or something. Most of the time when i get errors, everything seems to be actually fine - players and mobs moving around properly, shooting and dying, loot is dropped and collected just fine, but no, i get booted for seemingly no reason. Also most of the time game fails to reconnect me after ANTEATER or similar "less severe" errors. Additional codes i've "collected" so far, less than 5 times each: honeydew, elderberry, marionberry, buffalo, nightingale, beetle, fig; guitar, olive, baboon, anteater and, of course, weasel are the common ones. Note that some of these, like FIG, were encountered during global issues with the game and may not be relevant now. What i did to try fix these issues, directly and indirectly: - changing and flushing DNS settings and cache (which should do absolutely nothing since there are no domain names to resolve in this case) - tweaking network adapter settings, including MTU, buffer sizes, offloading, etc - tweaking some router settings, including QoS - monitoring active/pending connections via NetLimiter (a bit weird that the game tries to connect to every instance client via both their local and external IPs, perhaps there are better ways to determine if a client is in your LAN or not) - of course i'm not on wifi - troubleshooting guide is not helpful - basically it's either wifi issues or bad ISP or strict NAT or anything, really So far, clearly, i was unable to determine the root of the issue. Software, network adapter, cables, switches, router, ISP hardware, routing - i don't know how to find out which one of these is faulty. Now, sometimes these disconnects happen in other apps too, like Discord - and what happens is that i stop receiving UDP packets, but keep successfully sending them, until i'm timed out or it goes back to normal in 10 seconds or so; TCP seems fine during these periods. What i'm looking for is a more in-depth advice on the matter, not the general "power cycle your network hardware" or "contact your ISP", which i will do when i'm sure it's their issue. What i could use is help with narrowing it down.
