Asteroids are the only thing that don't give humans time to adapt. Climate change is bad, but its not going to wipe out humanity for a long time. We will be able to leave this planet by the time we lose the sun. Collapse of the universe maybe, but I mean that's a long time away. Nobody with the keys to a nuke want anything more than to maintain their cushy lives, nukes wouldn't wipe out everyone anyway. AI doesn't exists in a form that would be any threat to us, its hard to say if it will be a threat or not. I don't think it will be for a long time though.
