I seriously just don't think Elim is fun It feels very slow to me. I know you D1 Veterans are going to roast me and that's fine because I understand that it was the Bees Knees back then. 3v3 survival is so much more fun and competitive to me, Elim just feels like Countdown with no bomb and I cannot stand Countdown.

Edited by DiZ: 1/4/2020 4:45:00 AMWhile not the exact same topic, I for one would like to have a 3v3 Clash playlist(AKA Skirmish from the last game) come back with no Glory tied to it. In more recent times, I've found the chaos of normal Control, Clash, etc. to be a bit of a turnoff, but I'd rather not go into Survival when I don't need anything from there and just gatekeep unnecessarily for the people who still want/need to hit Legend; unless I'm playing with them to help of course. But getting back to your topic, I'd be in agreeance, seeing as I've never liked Elim./Trials. However, I think for the overwhelming majority of players, Trials was at its best when it was Elim. Though I think that's more to do with nostalgia than anything else. Edit: Also, I think it'd be better to further differentiate Trials from the Survival/Comp. playlist, not just have them be the same modes but with different/extra rewards tied to them.

The thing I hate about Survival is that you can lose all your lives because 1 dummy on your team feels like they have to Rambo Everytime they respawn. I can't tell you how many, "how am I out, I only died once?" Moments I've had playing Comp.

Elim has the stress and tension. Also, you should be able to res while getting shot in it like you used to. Survival is fun too but not for trials. Survival can be comp but trials would have to be slim to be successful. The stress and tension is what makes the game mode and the broken controllers

Survival is fun but elim is better because your team mates cant take all your lives and revives are a thing to worry about again.

Would love to see rift and skirmish return
