Is there any way to get rid of an account ban? I got banned 6 months ago and I do not know what I did wrong. So I want to know if there is any way to get my 500h - 600h account back.

Bans are not given out randomly, warnings are issued prior to a ban allowing players to correct potentially issues besides cheating. If you have issues with internet connection you had a chance to address. Poor internet from a player should not not diminish the experience of other players, not everyone can play

Edited by Sweet Lew 88: 1/4/2020 5:27:29 PMIf they haven't lifted it by now, I'm sure it's going to stay. Bungie stated back in July, that you are using a debugger while playing the game, that's why you got banned.

Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account bans and restrictions policy page

Doing something once / 1 time does not lead to a restriction or ban unless you are using code injecting software or cheating in some way. Connection based restrictions or bans you are given a warning about your connection first before any restriction or ban is places. Bungie investigates accounts before they hand out any restrictions or bans. After investigating your account, they found a reason. They will not remove this restriction/ban. On the occasions they do respond, the answer will give a date and a very brief reason which will be one of the following below. 1. Cheating 2. Any software being detected by Destiny while it's running. These could include Trainers, Aimbots, Auto-fire, Mods, Graphics Hacks, Network Accelerators anything that injects code into games. This includes any cheats etc that you use for other games DESTINY 2 PC AND THIRD-PARTY APPLICATION FEATURE COMPATIBILITY Also see Steam Service Agreement section 4. ONLINE CONDUCT, CHEATING, AND ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR 3. An unstable connection is having an impact on other players. Edited by TheArtist: 1/4/2020 4:29:12 PMShort answer? No. Bungie only bans people for: 1. Cheating. 2. Network manipulation (lag-switching, DDOSing, etc...) 3. Having cheat software active on your computer while playing Destiny. 4. Severely poor internet connection, where the account has ignored multiple warnings and account suspensions. In short, Bungie determined you—or someone using that account——is a bad actor who is determined to ruin other people’s experience of playing the game, and permanently banned them from the game. That account is dead.

If you had any cheating software on your computer, even if it wasn’t running, you get banned.
