Armor should provide elemental resistance by default
There was absolutely no good reason to seperate elemental resistance from armor and make mods out of them. It doesn't make any sense to have elemental affinity where certain mods can only be put on the matching element and then not have the armor provide resistance to that element. Armor is supposed to provide defence, after all.
