Idea for Devils Ruin catalyst
Devils Advocate (help with the name is appreciated)
+50 reload speed
+30 stability
+20 Range
-100 charge time (from 1000, to 900, with no damage loss)
reloading after causing damage and getting kills by beam (close the gap), grants an overflowed magazine (like ambition assassin but will proc on damage), up to 35 rounds
