Season 9 Power Bonus Triumph Won’t Unlock
After reaching +20 power level with the seasonal artifact I was not awarded with the associated triumph. I was in the Tower Obelisk menus and claimed several completed Timelost weapon bounties when I reached +20, but among the associated completion pop-ups I was not awarded the triumph.

Did you try going to orbit? I think that was when mine popped.
