Make sure your nvidia settings are set to the correct hz rate. Or better yet go thru all those settings to make sure it’s not running anything improperly

  • This was it! I changed the actual settings on the desktop to 120 hz For anyone else having this issue: Display Settings > Select your main monitor > Advanced display settings > Display adapter properties for Display # (whatever your GSYNC display is) > Select "Monitor" at the top > Change the refresh rate to your desired one > Apply This fixed screen tearing for me with Vsync off and GSync on
