Make sure your nvidia settings are set to the correct hz rate. Or better yet go thru all those settings to make sure it’s not running anything improperly

This was it! I changed the actual settings on the desktop to 120 hz For anyone else having this issue: Display Settings > Select your main monitor > Advanced display settings > Display adapter properties for Display # (whatever your GSYNC display is) > Select "Monitor" at the top > Change the refresh rate to your desired one > Apply This fixed screen tearing for me with Vsync off and GSync on
