Dreaming City Riddle me this Chests not spawning
I am trying to obtain the riddle me this triumph for the dreaming city but the chests won’t spawn in. What is going on? I’m on PS4 by the way

I'm on PC, same issue. I've loaded in a few times in the last two weeks, waiting an hour or so completing public events and the like. I've tried leaving to Desktop then jumping back in, I've tried it on all 3 of my characters. It's fairly frustrating that there's no word on this that I could find, past the triumph being bugged when it first came out.

3 RepliesYou mean those chests that have those tiny mounds surrounding them? Those chests will spawn in periodically and require arc charges to unlock. I think they spawn in about every 5-10 minutes, typically after a public event.
