Fated engram from xur not giving exotics not owned.
Still haven't acquired stormdancer's brace for my warlock. Xur's fated engram has given me x2 starfire protocols 2 weeks in a row now. Is this a possible glitch?

Allo there, As that is a recently added exotic, it won't be in the fated engram. Bungie may add it in the future but for now it can only be obtained as a random world drop.
