Season of Dawn Seal

Hi there I completed all the steps for the season of dawn seal but I void it claim it as my Xbox got blown up by lightning. Today I got a replacement and signed into destiny for the first time since the accident and I can’t claim my seal. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks
