Don't need a team to progress.... yes it's slower, but you can still progress and level up. I play solo, granted less then I use to nowadays and am on level 2 of my bunker.

Explain then please the Pinnacle Rewards you’ve acquired while playing Solo. Your Pit of Heresy Completions, Nightmare Master Hunt, 100k Nightfall, The Garden of Salvation, Trials of Osiris..... You do realize that ALL these activities that require top tier power level are the ONLY places to get anything above soft cap, yet the light level for the end of each encounter if not the middle asks for light above what “powerful” rewards drop, so again, not really.
