I just found a major new bug involving the new ritual bow quest for the Iron Banner. I was on the part of "Cast Iron" where you need to get 10 kills with a bow. I didn't have one on me, so I went to pull one from my collections. I continued looking through each of them for one that didn't have random rolls, until I saw it. The Stag is able to be pulled from collections, without fully completing it's quest, with full masterwork and all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm pretty sure this isn't intended.
