Have you checked with Anna bray or Zavala? The upgrade didn’t cost anything the first time, you just have to choose the correct one.

Yeah I talked to them and nothing popped up and there was no upgrade but now I don’t have the mission cause I abandoned it to relaunch but I can’t find where to launch it. Amanada doesn’t have it
