I have been out of the Destiny game world for a couple of years. I recently got back in the game and picked up from where I left off, so I went ahead and purchased a BRAND NEW copy of Destiny Collections. But then I was pissed off when I found out that the actual content had to be downloaded. Ok fine, but then my code doesn’t work. PSN tells me it’s expired and to contact Bungie. The Bungie site has no support. What kind of shyietttt!???
Bungie can you please validate my code or provide me a new one before I lose my mind?? This COVID19 craziness is stressing me out enough as it is. Please assist.

Hi there! Unfortunately, these codes were generated by the platforms to provide as part of the package and distributed to the publisher. Most of these codes have expiration dates applied to them. You will need to discuss this with your retailer and request a refund as they sold you a known “defective” product, as the code was expired, but you were not explicitly informed. The only place you can purchase Destiny: The Collection at this point is on the digital store.
