shattered throne and pit of heresy are one of my favourite things in destiny. I know they have their own exotic quests in them(and 1 exclusive weapon from destination loot pool) too but once you get those exotic there is essentially no reason to do them again.
Sure PoH has a pinnacle drop at final boss (which is the lowest stat armor, just masterworked) but dungeons are so great to play through. Essentially i just randomly do them whenever to challenge myself or test out some build. I just wish it had at at least 1 or 2 unique armor pieces if making whole armor sets for them is too much(although i think they deserve it). Personally i think it would be great to fill out the low content periods.
They are end game content almost on par with raids imo but much more easily accessible(as if you are good enough you can even solo them) so it would benefit a larger player base who dont raid that often but still enjoy challenging content.
dungeons definitely need more love in loot department.

To me, Dungeons are so great because they [i]aren't[/i] farmable. Content on weekly lockouts is the best content because it doesn't wear out its welcome, and having the good rewards balanced around people farming dungeons would cause people to view them more as strikes, and demand for matchmaking and difficulty nerfs to make farming more efficient. Personally, if content like dungeons and raids became another burnout inducing slog to farm for random rolls, I would hang up my Ghost and be done. I prefer content where I can run it and [i]be done[/i] for the week.
