Constant GRAPE error codes in D2 South African player base

I've asked around the South African PC player base, and it seems that we're all getting an inordinate amount of GRAPE errors. This happens randomly, and has even happened to me upon flying to the Tower solo or solo into a dungeon like Pit of Heresy. It happens quite regularly when launching into Competitive (Survival), and eventually results in a Suspension. It does not appear like Bungie is acknowledging that this is an issue, as it's not under the list of errors mentioned under "Known Issues" ? I also need to advise that we are regularly receiving rabbit, beaver and baboon also. Is this confined to the South African region, or also experienced in other geographies? I'm willing to help troubleshoot this by providing whatever logs I need to or even let someone from Bungie monitor my network connection remotely.

Have you asked your ISPs to check on your connections (while you're playing, I mean)?

Here’s the help article from Bungie .net, about the grape error code:
Error code: GRAPE Errors of this nature are actively monitored by Bungie to keep us aware of trending issues impacting players. Often these types of issues transpire when interruptions between host and client connections are caused due to circumstances outside of our network. This can be the result of ISP issues, packet loss, complications with various network hardware, Wi-Fi glitches and other impacting variables to general connection stability. We recommend as a first step that players ensure their current connection is working as intended to remove any outside variables.
Click here for the troubleshooting page.
