Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Double check that you have the correct Bungie.net account linked to your Twitch Prime account.
You can verify if you have successfully linked your Twitch Prime account to your current Bungie.net profile by navigating to Settings > Accounts & Linking, and navigating down to the Authorized Applications section.
If you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else keep in mind that only one reward may be granted per Amazon Prime account.
If problems persist you will need to unlink and relink your accounts. Keep in mind this may result in you being unable to acquire the current month's rewards, but will make sure you are set up for the next reward drop.

Hi, I'm all good, I'm not sharing my account with anyone and I've been claiming bungie rewards before too, in fact all the other 3 loot I did claim and they were delivered in-game, except this one.

Hi again, was your link between Bungie.net and Twitch Prime revoked at all recently? This would cause you to have been able to claim the reward but for it to not appear at Amanda.
-
omg, my bad XD I didn't realise the loot is at Amanda now instead of Tess even though you just told me :DDDDDDD I'm sorry! Thanks for your help!

Edited by vomitspit: 5/28/2020 4:10:14 AMNo, it wasn't. I never even relinked my accounts or anything, all I've been doing since I started subbing for amazon prime is just claiming loot from twitch. :/ Hopefully I'll get this new loot from today.
