Umbral Engrams Full, can't start quest
So I played the game and filled up my Umbral engrams, so I did the quest and the drifter is offering me an Umbral engram, which I can't claim because my engram storage is full. And no I can't dismantle an engram.
How can I get this fixed? I can't seem to find any way to contact bungie support....

The quest is account-based, so switch to another character and pick up the quest as progress made there will count for all your characters. Progress the quest to the point that this other character unlocked the decoder. Once unlocked you can switch back to the character with the full engram inventory and start decrypting them.
