Haven’t dropped my light once and have had 2 other players either emote or run around jumping off maps or dumping heavy. Not a single one actually trying to do the forge.

That may be, but there's a reason you see people complain that no one helps with forges, just cuz you haven't encountered those exact people doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

I wasn’t trying to say people aren’t having problems. But I believe they’re in the minority right now. They’ll just have to wait until Bungie puts a fix in and either makes it worse, or breaks the game all together
