Have you ever considered that we have done the power level grind with the same activities so many times already, that it's incredibly boring, repetitive, and unrewarding? Active players already have to wait months at power cap waiting on new content, having people wait several weeks to get to high enough light to be able to access this content is not the game play that most of us enjoy.
You're like those people that complain about players in strikes not killing every single mob on the way when they're just after the reward at the end of the strike. After doing the same strike several dozen times, it's not enjoyable to have them take more time than necessary.

I have fun, when I reach the end game activities. For example the new dungeon was pretty fun to do today now that I'm high enough light to do it. Alternatively I would've had to wait weeks to be high enough to do it without getting absolutely wrecked. You seem to be so upset that people don't want to play the game that you play it, that you think that is the only way to do it, and anyone that disagrees shouldn't be playing. Maybe you should get off your high horse and let people enjoy things the way they want to, when it has absolutely no effect on your gameplay.

I'm trying to get forge clears for Le Monarque and instead you toxic assholes are AFKing in forges and making it impossible to complete the quest. Bungie isn't responsible for that; you -blam!-wits are and should be permabanned because of it. So guess what? F U C K YOH AND F U C K YOUR DUNGEON.

No, the way I afk in forges will never have any actual player matchmake with me. So no, I am not having any negative effect on other players. So go get mad somewhere else.
