I think that is kind of the same... I don't know how you say it but I go for weapons and armor. Sometimes they drop the same level, sometimes lower, sometimes higher...
So even if you are talking normal activity drops, it's kind of the same thing, isn't it?

Rank packages, idk how else I can say it either. The shit you get with the season pass level 1-100, that gave us the new grenade launcher at level 1. And has exotics, emotes, finishing moves etc

I'm sorry, I'm not all that well versed in the game as far as drops and stuff... In any case, there are far too many things dropping at lower levels and it's annoying. I mean I don't want the king weapon or armor but I would like it to be at least 1 level higher. It's kind of annoying.
