Players want to play the new content, like the Dungeon. That requires higher power level. I don't know about you, but I hate new content being gated behind power levels like that.

Yes it does frustrate me a little, especially seeing as I didnt play last season so I had to go through all the blue gear again. When everyone has that new gear though the only thing theyll run it for is pinnacle gear
