It's a bit strat. That wave always has 3 knights and like 10 psions. Just make sure to kill 1 knight and the psions quick with mountaintop or whatever to give urself some breathing space. Then go collect the motes u want and go stand behind the walls where u have to dunk. Jump on the wall and approach the dunk tablets from behind, it will probably save u a bit more.
