If people want to get a gun or do an activity, they can make an LFG post on this site. They don't need to pay for carries, and they don't have to tune into your Streams. Please stop promoting your Twitch page through the Bungie forums. That is not what this site is for.

Been there done that. Nobody gives a -blam!- to teach new people let alone doing something extra that's more annoying than Outbreak in Wrath ever was.

I dont need to promote my channel, but WE do need to make a difference

Edited by THA_3rd_GUY: 6/23/2020 4:25:23 AMIf you're not promoting your channel, then what do you call this post? Why did you feel the need to include a link to your Twitch page before and after your post? Why do you feel the need to flex your fastest clear time for several activities? Why is the time you start streaming included? It's fine to offer help to other players and demand nothing in return, but don't include anything about your Twitch page in your post. Because it just makes you look like you care more about your channel's popularity than actually helping people.

Who actually gives a damn whether he promotes his twitch or not, he's helping the community out. You're treating it as if it's wrong to want to grow, or what he's doing is digusting. If you want to hate, go to fortnite and cry at the TTV kids that spam "I'M CRACKED!".

Let me ask you a question. Let's say you have your own Twitch account. You're streaming, you got a bunch of people in your chat, but then some other streamer comes into your chat and starts promoting their channel. How would you feel? People are there to talk and hang out with you, but this guy shows up and starts telling you to come to his stream. Because that's what he's doing here. We're here to read what people have to say about the game, not be informed who to watch on Twitch.

Mate, this is a bungie forums page. Comparing this page to someone elses stream is a stupid comparison. Yes, going to someone ELSES stream and self promoting for no good reason is disgusting but again, he offering free help to those who need it on a forums page.
