I don't see why people get annoyed. If people are willing to spend that on a video game... Let them. Especially if it's PvE related.
However, if it's causing a problem in PvP with account recoveries, then it's an issue for obvious reasons.

It's against Bungies own rules, no solicitation. But of course Bungie do nothing about it.

Yeah I know. It shouldn't happen regardless. The PvE side of it though is like, meh. It's only PvE.

Its bad for the game bc it makes ppl not want to waste their time with the game. If you go on LFG bc you want a legit team for pvp OR pve and all you see is $$$$ on every post there is a good chance youre going to say -blam!- it and play a different game. For every person that shells out the cash there are dozens that left the game. I promise you that. Its toxic as hell.
