It is ILEGAL and bungie can create a lawsuit verses anyone who charges for anything related to this game, including trials of the modded remote garbage players Osiris. At no time can anyone legally charge for anything bungie related, that is infringement and the lawsuit for charging anyone anything for anything in this game would be outweighed to bungie and they would win.
Bungie should have employees monitoring twitch, YouTube, and any social platform that offers this. There are carry companies now, bungie should end them all.

Not enough people complain they just pay them to get carried or recov, on top of 90% of those doing the carries or recov are cheating, with modded remotes or even worst. It’s straight up in the terms of service, bungie can launch a lawsuit against anyone profiting off any bungie mode or product. This needs to be taken care of and bungie does nothing... 90% of players playing Trials atm are these guys who charge these huge fees. So until bungie actually cares that people are making huge sums of money, and opening businesses off of trials recov, or carry, it’ll only get worst. Thus why Trials is the lowest played mode in history of bungie!!! They expected huge numbers playing it but the cheating and constant recov accounts have destroyed the mode. Only way to fix it is to either Sue everyone who has a carry or recov company now because bungie CAN EASILY! Or do not allow anyone entry to trials after a flawless run!!!
