Why is this a shock? Literally every game does this. You can buy anything for world of warcraft, destiny, the division, and other games. Just Google that game name plus boost. These sites sell it all. Its creepy. And it's not cheap. 400$ for a weapon isn't out of the ordinary.
Some of the WoW stuff goes for well over 1000$ USD
