The cpu and gpu usage and temperature are normal and I have the recommended specs for the game
once, after a crash, when I restated the pc it bluescreened after 10 seconds and when it restarted after the blue screen 2 of my apps resetted back to default settings and my windows color changed
today, it bluescreened 2 times

If you need it slove :0 i think you just buy new drive. I prefer NVME or SSD . install window. driver and only steam . D2 game. and unplug all those drive out . only use for play D2 :0 my consult said. you must have very a lot of program run together all time. and its a lot of harddisk you so lucky D2 not perm ban you . couz some program is run as back ground can trigger security protocol .and kick you out from D2 :0 cheer
