Potatoes. Assuming that they're good healthy potatoes, they'll have a decent amount of protein fat and carbs, but mainly carbs. I would have to be more active so I don't become overweight because of all the carbs. Assuming that it's not a desert island, I'll be able to forage for edible weeds, such as dandelion and poor man's spinach. This will also give me more nutrients that I would need to not be malnourished. I also have a small knowledge on how to use plants as medicine.
