Hey, so, I've been away for a long time and last I recall, Saint-14 was dead and floating in a Vex shrine. Just logged on for the first time in ages and open my Director and it tells me "Speak with Saint -14 in the Tower Hangar" for "Trials Returns". What the heck happened while I was gone?

Just logged on for the first time in ages and open my Director and it tells me "Speak with Saint -14 in the Tower Hangar" for "Trials Returns". What the heck happened while I was gone?[/quote] Copy/pasting my answer to a similar post like this one; it basically the story since Forsaken So. Cayde and his crew captured the Barons of the Scorn. Uldren and Fikrul eventually joining them. Variks, uncomfortable with many things, causes the prison break and flees to become Kell of Kells. Forsaken happens and we go into the Dreaming City and the curse starts. We eventually hear about the Black Armoury through The Spider. We meet Ada-1 and go on a series of quests to reclaim a bunch of forges. Machines that produce powerful weapons. We find out about a group called The Kell’s Scourge syndicate who are actually lead by Siviks, The Spider’s younger brother. We follow him into the Niobe Labs and kill him off, and also finish off the members who infiltrated a Black Armoury lab in the city outskirts and destroy Insurrection Prime. Then comes Season of the Drifter. Drifter introduces us to his new project; Gambit Prime which is basically a different version of Gambit. We also find out he’s got major connections to the Nine and that they actually gifted him the Haul (the thing on the back of his ship). We start completing bounties each week provided by Xur and we meet with the Emissary and the Nine (through a ghost shell usually) and they told us varying things. Mainly the origins of the Drifter’s connection to them, and more about how the Emissary and the Nine are different from one another. We also learn how Orin became the Emissary from the Ecdysis lore book, and that the Nine are actually consciousnesses of Dark Matter entrapped within 9 celestial bodies in Sol (likely to be the Eight main planets and the sun). Meanwhile all taking sides between the Warlock Aunor, of the Praxic order and the Drifter; Aunor not trusting the Drifter and he Drifter not wanting to reveal to much to everyone. Eventually we get Season of Oppulence where Calus extends his love for us once more; opening up the Menagerie and the Tribute hall for us and even sending us down to kill his failed attempt at creating a Shadow of the Hive, Ghalran. We also stop a heist by Eramis’ Eliksni in the zero hour mission with the aid of Mithrax, Kell of House Light. Meanwhile we got a continuation and final end to the Last Word vs Thorn quest, by finding out that Shin Malphur was actually Dredgen Vale and that he and numerous others made the Shadows of Yor as a means to root out bad guardians and to kill them off. We also took Dredgen Yor’s original Thorn and purified it back into Rose and even further into Lumina, the first Weapon of Hope. Then we returned to the Moon. Eris had Awoken a Pyramid; which was creating Nightmares on the Luna surface and elsewhere in the system and we aided her in going into the pyramid and confronting it. Speaking to a vision of ourselves, the pyramid claimed to be our Salvation, and we started receiving messages from the Winnower (the Darkness) who had been tempting us to join it. The Artefact we retrieved from the pyramid started a communication with a signal deep within the Black Garden, which started the Garden of Salvation raid. We went in, completed the raid, and then started the invasion effort of the vex onto Luna. We gathered materials each week, and forged a kind of plunger that would suck the Undying Mind, recently rebuilt, out of the timelines it was hiding in to kill it. We also went deep into the Pit of Heresy and killed Zulmak, a hive knight brought back to life through Necromancy. Meanwhile, Osiris had seen a future in the Infinite Forest. The universe shredded down to atoms of Darkness. The City gone and in it's place a monolith, the Traveler gone as well. This was the result of our actions in killing the Undying Mind and our endeavour into the Pyramid on Luna. He goes to Ikora, they speak of the Sundial, how Osiris is to mobilise the Guardians to deal with the Red Legion, and that they'll talk about the Future he saw another time. So, when we fought during the Sundial Crisis, we killed the Psion Flayers. Three sisters, Ozletc, Tazaroc, and Niruul. They had a fourth, youngest sister; Amtec. She promised that she'd enact revenge on those who killed her sisters. So with some of the Red Legion, she boarded the Almighty. It's power bean already having been separated from the Sun; destroyed it's controls and let it drift into space, putting it into a collision course with the Last Safe City. However before this, Osiris visits Rasputin and confronts him on what side he's on; Light? or Darkness? Rasputin shows him a map with co-ordinates to the Heliopause, the area of space out beyond the Kuiper Belt. Osiris and Sagira venture out there and come into contact with what we speculate to be a pyramid, given that Sagira reacts similarly to our Ghost from when we went near the Luna Pyramid. Anyways, Osiris ventures inside, finds a seed and leaves. He goes to Mercury, is confronted by Brother Vance who passes on a message from the Queen about planting the seed. He thanks Vance and leaves. Back to Season of the Worthy: Zavala and Ana boarded the Almighty, but they were too late to stop it. They weren't quick enough to stop Amtec. So They hatched a plan. Use Rasputin to blow up the Almighty. Ana and Rasputin have, for the past 2 years been venturing about the Solar System trying to recconect Rasputin to more of his old network. One thing they find is the Seraph Bunkers. They find one on Mars, and locate one in Uranus' orbit. There's 13 in total, including ones on Io, Luna and in the EDZ. We visited them during Season of the Worthy, using them as storage for the satellites and to connect Rasputin up to the Seraph towers on those respective locations. Ana and Rasputin also found that the Uranus station had a program to hold Echoes. These are different from Osiris' and Oryx's echoes as these were exo frames that had their mind's reset so much that it drove them insane. It's likely a case that they were produced to make Sidhartha Golems (I'll get to those in a min). We started to clear the bunkers each week, and on the 3rd and 5th weeks of the season, we gained access to new bunkers. All the while the Almighty was on a collision course for the City. When we gained access to the Io bunker we met Zavala in the bunker; Rasputin had called an audience with us and him. He showed us a map. The solar System. And the Pyramids enclosing us from all angles. They were close. Very close. That week started the doomsday clock; a map on the left hand wall of each bunker, showing us the nine main celestial bodies in the system along with key moons and belts, and on the far right side, 2 small red triangles. And every week more triangles would join them. Getting closer and closer. Within a few weeks, they'd reached the Kuiper Belt. On the second to last week they'd reached Uranus, and were on a collision course for Inner Sol. All of this happened whilst we tackled Hive, Vex, Fallen, Cabal and Taken to print and launch satellites into the sky, compete in the Guardian Games as an event to keep spirits high, and finally get closure of the Lie. Which leads me to the decently big quest that we had to do. The Lie quest finally revealed to us who Felwinter was and what his notorious Lie was. Felwinter is a Sidhartha Golem. A programmed exo that are meant to go out into the world, gather data on literature, art, poetry, film etc, bring it back to Rasputin with the eventual goal of putting him into one of the frames so he could live amongst Humanity. But when the Collapse happened a ghost, later named Felspring, revived one of these Golems. Gifting it sentience and a newly formed consciousness. Rasputin would sent Warsats and Frame units after him to try reclaim him or destroy him. Eventually, the tyrant AI led Felwinter towards SIVA and killed him and the Iron Lords, stating "If I can't have my son, then nobody can". Rapsutin has now been taken offline. His defences did nothing to the pyramid as it approached Mars. It's due to arrive there in game soon, and at current we now face a second collapse. Eris Morn and The Drifter have been tasked with the aid of us at trying to intercept the pyramid's messages and stopping Savathun and her new ally or Nokris, from interfering with our efforts.
