Tarrabah Needs a Buff
Tarrabah should retain it's charge when you stow it. That's all it needs to make the exotic worthy of being locked behind a raid. If not, buff the charge rate so the perk can actually be used in pve. Many guardians, myself included, are constantly switching weapons based on the current situation at hand. I don't think anybody actually gets viable use out of the perk for that sole reason.

It used to hold the perk when using a well. Somewhere along the line sit got screwed and won't even do that anymore
