I completed Ascendent Challenge by opening the loot chest at the end of the challenge. I stayed in the challenge to loot the Taken Eggs and the Ahamkara Bones. Once I got to the bones, I died from trying to get back to the exit portal. My Weekly Bounty Ascendent Challenge from Petra Venj did not register as completed when I respawned. I thought I would have to do the challenge again, but the portal to the challenge does not appear after using the Tincture of Queenfoil item. What did I miss in the Ascendent Challenge?
