Expansion didn't transfer over

Hello, i have recently got back into destiny and have moved over from xbox to pc, i have moved over my save's but my expansion didn't transfer over? i still have the code ect i used. any help is appreciated! Thanks Lampitt

Destiny has cross save, not cross licenses. Bungie has never said licenses cross over
