I've completed the associated triumphs and have gotten the e-mails with the links to the codes for the items, but still can't redeem the codes. And yes, I am signed in. Please Help.

2 RepliesI believe you have to put the codes in Checkout. So after you click buy, and it has the credit card stuff and the ‘discount’ input should be on that screen. Hope that helps!
