Hey there! Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site?
If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?

Yes, it says claimed for 3 rewards (SUROS Regime Exotic Bundle Drop, Prometheus Lens Bundle Drop, and Standoff Exotic Bundle Drop) There are some that says available soon, i just dont want to be in a position where i cant claim those too. When i checked this it shows that the account was not linked which is weird as i linked it through bungie's own URL and through twitch prime as well which both showed that the account was linked! It is possible you claimed the rewards before linking your accounts. To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to [url=https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2]re-link your accounts together[/url] then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.
