Looking to launch a new clan and hoping to launch it by the next DLC with 50 members. Please understand that this is mainly an admin recruiting post but open to players joining early as the infrastructure is built. Ideally, what I have in mind would require a lot from the supporting admins (including myself). These things include: Contests & Prizes Player of the month PVP Player of the month PVE Player of the month In-Clan fireteam pairing system to encourage friendships and skill growth that is intuned with what the players want and not what the admins want from the player Monthly Clan only meeting to ensure leads are capturing feedback and keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging As you can see, I have a pretty elaborate plan to foster a fun and healthy environment. So for this new clan to really kick off by the next DLC recruiting needs to start now. I'm hoping to get admins in and settled: Platform: Xbox | Official Clan Launch Date: | Prelaunch date: October 1st | Age: 18+ Pre launch Date Meaning - admins to finalize roster, draft social media clan outlet (twitter, Facebook, etc) Founder to finalize name and pro-designed logo with support of admins Admins to propose a special clan designated help/train days for pvp and pve players (attendance is optional not mandatory) Admins to propose special hardcore designated end game content days for pvp and pve players (attendance is mandatory for designated hardcore players) tagging will be shown via social media. Players will designate themselves. Launch Date Meaning - Opening of Discord or communication equivalent platform, Xbox Club, Facebook Clan Page, Announcement of seasonal prizes for player of the month, pvp player of the month, PVE player of the month, launch of buddy/pairing system KD Requirements: TBD - Admins will decide, I expect there will be some areas of the clan where KD will be and other areas where it won't. Communication Platform: TBD - Admins will decide, Discord will be proposed or some equivalent Participation Requirement: TBD - Admins will decide, a proposed structure will be put in place for someone to contact those deemed inactive with their well-being as a priority above participation I'm really hoping to attract some super engaged and optimistic admins for this clan. I think it can be something truly special. Just want to create a structure that allows for fostering growth personally and game-wise. Please don't be afraid to reach out to me.
