Hopefully people will have read the post before voting, because poll placement is dumb...
So, I'm an "okay" PvPer. I get a slow start sometimes, sometimes I get cleaned up by random wild sweats (and I expect that), but I stay positive for the most part. My KD is pretty good, about average.
But get this...
I just went into Gambit and popped my super, wiped out the envoys with Spectral, then turned around to fight the primeval... Dude's health bar didn't even MOVE. Just looking at the numbers displayed on my screen, I was doing more damage with my 1050 Breachlight. Significantly more. Almost twice as much, in fact.
Taking it to regular PvE, it has the same effect. Rank-and-file gets slaughtered, bosses don't even feel it. It's like the super has absolutely no purpose beyond mob clearing and you're forced to depend on others to do damage where it matters... And anyone who regularly works in solo queue with "blueberries" understands this almost never works out.
PvP, on the other hand... I see why PvPers hate us so much. It one-shots, just like red bar enemies. Kills are easy with that super, as they should be with ALL supers. Supercharged Light is terrifying. Have I been killed mid-super? Yes. A titan panic-punched me at the same time I went to strike and I died from full health. It was the funniest thing I'd seen all week and I even let him know. You were committed. I couldn't even get mad. He knew it was a one-shot kill, because he watched his entire fireteam just drop like dominoes in front of him.
...Then why the dramatic power difference?
Why can this super be so scary to things as big as ogres, but then suddenly a "boss" class enemy can't even feel it? Primevals, strike bosses, Traveler forbid you bring your blades into a raid, you'll get laughed off the team. The only viable super for bosses is the Golden Gun, and that's quite an issue for people who say, I dunno, want to explore ALL subclasses the designers made for us...?
I have a titan I use from time to time and find all three supers to have viable applications in both PvP and PvE, and I don't have a warlock so I can't argue for the floatie friends, but why are hunters set to this stencil? Why do we have a super that is only viable in PvP or small-arms clearing? Would it be too much to ask for this super to get a buff against bosses in PvE? Just a little one, so we can actually, I dunno... DO DAMAGE to them? At all? I never see spectrals in the wild, only in PvP, and I believe this is why. It makes a fine guardian killer, for sure, but it can't be secluded to just one game mode and neutered in all others.
I want your opinions on this. Good, bad, ugly, go ahead, O community mine. Tell me what you think about Spectral Blades and your sweet, buggy, chaotic experiences with it. If you feel at least SOMETHING needs to change with Spectral, comment your ideas. Let's hear it.

Sure. Buff it in PvE against the AI, but buffing it in PvP is asking for trouble.
