Hi,
I have been banned recently for using a 3rd party software as my guess,
I don't know how to put this, I'm highly skilled player who have very high end account and OG psn Name, I don't have a reason to be hacking this game and losing both my account and my PSN OG name.
I have been using boosting service before when I was in the hospital I was not being able to play, so I paid so they help getting some of the triumphs ( reckoner ), my pc being used with brothers, I'm developing mods for FIVEM ( GTA) so its using some kind of memory attachments tools and disassembly tools as will ( which firewall and protection software act as unsafe tools )
Can I please have a reason why I'm banned ? or what can I do to revert this.
Thanks

As well if you were running mod or coding software while d2 was being played it can cause a ban.
