I don't have video of this but this just happened again for me and my friends. Th bug happens two or more guardians die at the same time in Survival with 1 respawn remaining. If they die simultaneously they all will respawn, instead of just 1. We lost a match when they all came back instead of just 1 when my friend wiped out all three with a grenade. This happened before beyond light came out as well.
