Have a way to read lore in the tower aka a library

Destinys lore is quite big and expansive, we know the warlocks have a library that contains a lot within the tower so why not allow other guardians(players) to go to this library to read up on lore behind weapons, armour and events within the tower? surely this would make the tower and world feel more alive.
Secondly adding a (Training centre) to explain how you're able to reply missions and strikes over and over again with different modifiers would, in my opinion, help make sense of why the boss's and enemies never in these countless runs grow wise to the guardian's movements and fighting styles, as if it's their first time each time seeing and fighting a guardian.
Lastly, this might be a hot topic, have separate stats and nerfs for PvP and PvE weapons etc, It would make sense that Lord Shaxx etc would cap stats of weapons and armour if they think it'll mean the fighting is better. It doesn't, however, make sense to nerf a gun in PvE why would the vanguard be like yeah that gun to strong we need the enemies to have a fighting chance of winning. If your worried it would make encounters or builds to simple and similar then it doesn't take a lot of thinking to know a simple change in enemy amount or type would increase the difficulty again causing builds to change.
**Also, quick addition, giving the guides for nightfalls and strikes and incentive to do so will help with queue times like they get bonus loot or a higher drop chance of a thing, maybe some silver just something to give groups a reason to guide a solo player through.**
