Hello, I have a big problem I have my HARDLINK SHELL which disappeared at Rahol Cryptarc after the update of Beyond the Light and which is not in my collection, so how to recover it? thank you in advance for your help

Hello, Players had to claim the Shell during the Season of Arrivals to have it in their collection. Did you ever claim the shell from the vendor?
