Are the codes still valid?
I bought Destiny The Collection (PS4) disc back in November 2018. I have yet to open it. It is still in the shrink wrap.
Don’t ask me why I didn’t open it. I was playing other games at the time and never got around to it.
Does anyone know if the codes are still valid? I don’t want to open it if they are not as doing so would bring down the value of the game should I decide to sell it.
If the codes are expired would it be possible to ask Bungie for valid codes if I show them proof of purchase?

No they are not. All D1 codes have long since expired. The only way to get the dlc now is to buy everything off your console's store.
