Reaching out to admins and tech support
I have Xbox live with game pass. I have called Xbox and they told me to reach out to bungie.
Beyond light works on my profile, however, it does not work on my son's. We have Uninstalled the game, then put it back. Uninstalled his profile, put it back. Moved my home Xbox, moved it back. That's 2 moves I just lost. The core game works, hell even his season pass.
Every other game works on game pass on his profile, except beyond light
